Memorial Climb – November 29, 2017

November 29th was a glorious day in the Red Rock Canyon!

Climbing the Birdland route with my good friend Diane and guide friend Elaina; Remembering my brother Alf Haakon on a day that could have been his 77th birthday.

He died on February 24th, 2012 after living 30 years with Parkinson’s disease.

He was one of the most intelligent persons I have ever known. I loved him so much.

I will always remember his kind and generous nature.

Climb: Bird land, rating 5.7, 5 pitches, 5 rappels, 550 ft of climbing
